BCBS Federal Texas

Im having a RNY to DS conversion in Texas. I have BCBS Federal. I'd like to know how long it took to get insurance approval. I beleive that BCBSTX will review my case.

I have bcbs federal and was revised from a lapband to a DS and once submitted it only took a few days. Good luck!

Curious as to how much weight gain would qualify me for this?

Your current BMI needs to be 40+ 35-39.9 with comorbidities.

I gained 10 pounds since my initial surgery. I just lost 80 and should have lost at least 180.
