Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

S - ham & cheese roll
L - small chili & Fritos

D - homemade Kung Pao chicken
S - CarbSmart ice cream
S - trail mix

VITES:

evening batch: done
heme iron: pending

EXERCITES:
standing at the computer all day
stairs

Excellent! I just responded to your surgery post about adding more protein. You're well on your way with the protein shake. I couldn't remember when I was posting if you liked them or not.

I've never been a fan but a reversal changes you. It opened me up to a lot of changes in my diet that originally I just wasn't committed to doing.

Any recommendations on powder forms of the protein shake? My versions are a little pricey.

I buy vanilla from TrueNutrition website. It's quite a *****eaper than Syntrax Nectars, which I really, really like. I can't tell the difference in the French vanilla, so hubby and I use that a lot for protein coffee.

I always wonder where are you getting your chili? Is it homemade? I like the Fritos and chili mix idea.

Perhaps I'll try it. ?

Oh, Thursday is the day our cafeteria tries to make chili. We always give them the benefit of the doubt and try it. lol

Decaf protein coffee
Turkey bacon
Cheese stick
Toppings off 3 slices of pepperoni pizza
Maybe 4 oz. of Pepsi
Mini cupcake
Decaf protein iced coffee
Few chips
Bacon & tons of mayo on a mini potato roll lightly toasted
Protein shake w/ strawberries whirled in
Vites: all in
Fluids: 100 oz.
