Trying to rein in the carbs and increase the water. Also, will do more stairs and leaning push-ups. Y'all join in!

GOOD MORNING LADIES

I'm in loosing mode - down to 153 this morning.

BITES:

B - Protein Coffee - 1 1/2 scoop vanilla bean protein powder by nectar with vanilla almond milk and vanilla syrup (44g protein)

S - Isopure Grape Frost with Grape sugar free packet (40g protein)

L - Fage yogurt with vanilla bean protein and vanilla syrup - zero calorie zero carbs(45g protein)

S - Lentil Soup with lamb chunks (25g protein)

D - Protein Shake - 1 scoop - Vanilla Bean powder with 1/2 tbsp creme brûlée coffee creamer - Almond milk and vanilla syrup sugar free - (23g protein)

S - Unjury Chicken Broth
