please help. I'm a DSer 10 years out. I have misplaced my list of vitamins from Vitalady. I buy my own vitamins and use the list to tell me how much and when to take them. It works beautifully for me. I just can't find the list!!! Also, I can't find the list of blood work and Insurance codes. Please HELP. Please send me these things. Thank you.

I have what you're looking for but don't how to get them to you. Also remember they're 10 years old (just like you) and is just a guide.

I didn't start with the Vitalady list so mines a little different but it might give you some ideas. I thought Susan Brown was going to post her latest list somewhere here but I can't find it.

Here is mine:

Vitamins

Multivitamin - Centrum, Kirkland - 2 daily
D3 - Biotech, 50k 2 daily
Calcium Citrate -1500 mg - 3 doses
Zinc - 30mg, 2 daily(60)
B12 sublingual - 500 mcg, every other day
Vitamin C - 1000 mg
Vitamin A - Biotech, 25k units, daily
Magnesium (Glycinate) - 100mg -2 daily
Vitamin K - 1000 mcg, daily

This is when I take them. I recently revamped to take my biotech first thing on an empty stomach. I heard there might be an advantage to taking the "dry" versions like that on an empty stomach. * Note I spread the morning vits over 3.5 hours in the morning ( because I can ).

Morning (12) ** 4 hours after synthroid *
Allopurinol - 300mg
IC Lisinopril - 10mg
magnesium glycinate chelated - 200 mg

D3 - 50k
Vitamin K1 - 1000 mcg
Vitamin A - 25k units
Probiotic
Multivitamin
Vitamin C - 1000mg

Mid morning (2)
Calcium Citrate - 500 mg
B-12 sublingual - 500mcg - every other day

Lunch (2)
Calcium Citrate - 500 mg

Mid-afternoon (2)
Calcium Citrate - 500 mg

Dinner/evening (4)
D3 - 50 k
k2
Multivitamin
IC Lisinopril - 10mg

2 zinc/copper 60/600

Thank you!

I have my stash of vitamins- just don't know how much of each and when to take them. Your list and my list copy was the most current revised list. I'm hoping to get some help finding it. Again, Thank you so much. (:
