Wednesday

Breakfast- 8oz cold brew with Premier Protein shake

Snack- Protein bar

Lunch- Tuna salad w/ 10 baby pretzels

Snack- Cucumber(93g) and tomato(74g) slices w/dressing (10ml)

Late Snack- Coffee with dill pickles & cheese

Dinner- 3oz of steak with mixed veggies

Late Night Snack- Depends... (cheese and pepperoni if I need protein)

Water 96 oz/ protein drink 20 oz/ coffee 32 oz

Thanks! I'm trying to get others to post because I'm looking for more meal ideas... Lunch is the one I need the most help with, I just have a few go to ones that I love but want a few more.

Breakfast: Tuna Sandwich
Lunch: Bag of Cheetos and a bowl of chicken soup baguette and a bag of gummy bears
Snack: Cake
Dinner: Chinese food, (orange chicken and honey sesame chicken with chow mien)...the 2 meat plate from panda express. I do not really think it is Chinese food...more like Chinese "lite", grapes
Snack: Protein bar
Snack #2: Apple
Snack #3: Yogurt (Has anyone tried Noosa...omg YUMMY!)
Snack #4: Protein Shake with almond milk

Late night: Probably another meal. I usually eat another "dinner" or as I like to call it, second dinner.

Answers in advance:
No, my DS isn't broken, no I don't regain weight like crazy, yes sometimes i have to cut back on carbs to maintain a weight loss or to lose a few lbs just like anyone else. If I exercise, I don't have to do any of that, but I hate exercising. Yes, this is why I had the DS. No, I'm not a glutton, I'm a guy, and that is really how most guys eat.

I hit over 110 grams daily, is that not enough?

Most of your daily reports show very little meat, more veggies. Maybe you get a bunch from your drinks and bars? I never use bars so no idea there.

I honestly can't eat regular food before 10am. I drink a protein shake at 7am/30grams and eat a protein bar at 10am/20grams. Lunch and dinner are meat first, normally chicken for lunch and beef or more chicken for dinner plus cheese and meat afternoon snacks.
