I am going to be a bridesmaid in a wedding at the end of September. I had surgery July 16th. They are wanting to know my size because the dress takes a couple of month's to order. I was a size 22 going into surgery. How can I figure out what size I will be 2 1/2 month's after surgery? I know everyone is different, but can people give me an idea of how much weight they had lost, how many sizes they had dropped in that early timeframe?

I think I read a couple of month's back of a really good home made p  iz  za. Now I can't find it anywhere. I think it had some sort of beef base to keep it low carb. Does anyone have this recipe or other good ones? I'm building a little 'library' of things I want to try when I can eat again..one day. I am so starving right now!

That sounds so unbelievable! I was wondering (since I'm newly post op), how long it takes for your body to react with gas and dairrhea, after eating high sugar, high carb, high fat. Like, if I'm at a dinner and they serve something that I am fairly sure will cause me problems later, how much "time" do I have to get back home??

I have never had one before so don't know what to put on it. Can anyone help? How do we let them know we've had DS in a way that will be understood? What else, since having surgery, should we alert them to on the bracelet? Can we no longer take certain meds or anything? I must admit I don't know enough about this and I really should!
I don't have any other health concerns right now, so the only things I want to put on there are DS related.

I had surgery on Friday last week. I have been on a clear liquid diet for a few week's now. I feel like I'm doing ok with liquids given that I'm only 6 days out, I drink about 25 ounces a day and working on getting it higher.
My concern is that last night, for the first time since surgery, I felt starving! I was so hungry, tummy rumbling, couldn't get to sleep I was so hungry. Is this normal? I was fantasizing about eating food, ANY FOOD, and it's just lucky I am still in the hotel in Mexico with nothing but clear liquids or I might have just risked it and made myself something to eat!

Is this normal? I thought I wasn't supposed to feel like eating for quite a while?
