Am going to try to stay around the weight I am currently. Gonna try to lose a little more but not much. A lot more energy, also the Mrs. is down 80 1/2 pounds since the revision surgery done on 3-15-04. Thanks for the concern for her too. (Actually 'her' is typing this for him. Him don't type real good!). Lester

Mr. and Mrs., I just cracked up laughing when I read your post that 'her' is typing for him. What a hoot!!!! Great job to both of you. I so appreciate hearing from you and how things are going. Is is easier having both of you post-surgery? I bet that you have your house "cleaned" of any bad foods at all. I wish that I could do that. Really, nothing bad comes into the house unless it's something that I am craving. Right now, all of the bad stuff is out of the house. Now, just have to stand my ground while shopping this afternoon!!! It should be easier with you two as inspiration! Keep up the good work and please continue to post so we can learn from the experts!! God bless, Andrea
