I'm feeling a little frustrated. I was wondering if anyone else has extremely slow weightloss after RNY. I lost big the first two weeks (12 lbs and 6 lbs), but over the last 3 weeks have only lost a total of 4.5 lbs. It's killing me that I went through all this and I seem to be kind of stalled already. Am I just destined to be fat forever!!! My protien numbers are great, I'm drinking tons of water. I try to keep my carbs as close to zero as possible. I've tried eating more frequently, eating more calories, eating less calories. I'm at a loss! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
