Hi Crystal and the rest of my OH friends, I really hate this cold weather yuk. I have been enjoying my 3 days off. Be keeping very active. I can't wait until March I have a vacation and I am going down to Florida to visit family.

I have decided when I retire I moving some way warmer than Illinois.

The strangest thing happened when I got to work today. As I was getting out of my suv all of a sudden I heard a an explosen the back window blow out glass all over the ground. I came home called my insurance co. The window is being fixed today.

Well the week is half over. I have been doing real good keeping my weight off. I am looking forward to summer. I do not enjoy this cold weather with no padding. I take being cold then being obese.

Good Morning Everybody, Well I was up earliey did laundry and also already went to Jewel, Then I am off to Whole Foods,

Either today or tomorrow I may go to Costco Wholesale. Need to get some items there. Also I decided to start do the seminars at the Kane Center I really enjoy helping other people.

Good Morning Everyone,

I want to wish everybody a happy and healthy new year. Yesterday I did laundry and did my grocery shopping. Then I watched a good movie, It is just nice just to chill. Also I am coming up to my 2 yrs ann since my surgery I am very happy with myself.

Good Morning Everyone,

I have busy at work. Working 6 days a week gets old fast. but at least the next weekend I have Sun,Mon, and Tues. off. I am planning on getting rest. Well also I started my new med for my RA arthritis. Its called Enbrel I give myself an ejection in my thigh once a week.

I saw the RA doctor. She is starting me on Enbrel also they took about 8 vials of blood today. I will be giving myself the injections of Enbrel once a week. I will see her again in 3 months,

Well have been busy with work. I am still working 6-days a week. Well today I am going to Jewel then off to Whole Foods. then in the afternoon I have an doctor appt: with my rheumy doctor. Then when I get home I am just going to chill out.

My trip to Missouri was nice. I had a nice vacation. But is my first day back at work. Also back to working 6 days a wee****il after the holiday.

Well yesterday I bought myself a Keurig coffee maker I love how fast it brews coffee. I hope everyone has a nice day.

Well today I am off to Missouri for Thanksgiving to be with my family. I also wanted to wish everybody a Happy Thanksgiving. Things have been busy with me. Also In December I have an appt: with my Rheumy doctor to do a diffrent med for my RA arthritis.

Well I have been busy with work. The one good things is that I have vacation next week. A week from today I am off to Missouri. My family will be there for Thanksgiving.

Well for me its a short week of work. I have a 3 day weekend coming up. I love these
holidays. Things have been going good for me. My Mom and Dad came home from being on a month long cruise they enjoyed them selfs very much.
I also have been keeping the same weight since I lost it.

everyone I have been dating a wonderful women from work. My questions is she thinks we
should keep it secretive from people from work. I don't understand why she wants to keep
