i m in a slump i had weightloss gastric bypass surgery back in 2007 oct 31 i have came to a stand still in the process how do i find out if my surgery has stopped working im gaining all the weight loss weight back fastly all i do is wanna eat it seems like im always hungry how can i regroup im hopeless i went from 226 to 283 in 6 months its like its doubling like crazy i feel the pain in my back and the heavyness in my leggs and that horrible pain makes me wanna be depressed saying here it comes again and sugestions could be helpful please

hi i was wondering why does the weight loss slow down so quick n u bounce back n forth with stayin at one weight or losing more i gettin my proteins in n waters in but im 16 months post op n strugglin to lose more weight i a good walker n hi sherri and everyone its been along time since i been on here

Hi my dr keeps telling me that my potassium is very and keeps increasing the potassium pills each month what other thing beside banana s are good some one said potaoes is this a true or false staement or is there any other suggestions thanks marie

im at 310 pounds and ived had the gastric i drink 70 oz of water daily and i eat 60 70 grams of protein daily and my calories are between 600 1000 daily it all depends i cant go see the dietians like everyone else can im on medicaid and they wont pay for it no more i dont have a income so is kinda hard and it seems like since i had the surgery they just arent as interested like they were before the surgery and i dont understand the reasoning of the food journal other then to have something to write or do ived went back and looked over the old ones and see that the food are the same just as before surgery except for the liquid diet 2 weeks before surgery thanks for your help marie

hi im marie im gettin in 65 to 70 grams of protein and wwater is all i drink and i walk all day long my energy is off the chart so i should go back to my food logs also i feel like the weight loss place isnt interested in me anymore since i had my surgery

im totally losted and confused on this w/l/thing im 4 months post op and cant lost any more weight i was 377 at weigh in for my surgery on oct 31 but now that im 4 months its like the full feeling has gone away and i can eat till the sun comes up and then it goes down and weight loss has become stubborn oh im now 310 and this is where i been for about 3 weeks what do i do next to lose more weight i hope im wording this right lol

HI IM MARIE IM IN SOUTH BEND IN HAD MY SURGERY OCT 31 AT 1100 AM I WAS SCARRRED AS EVER ABOUT NOT WAKING UP LOL BUT HERE I AM NO SWELLIN NO PROBLEMS JUST A LIL GAS HERE AND THERE DID THEY DO SOMETHING WRONG IM STILL HUNGRY AND I BEEN ON THERE 98 PERCENT FAT FREE CRMED SOUPS AND CHICKEN SOUPS AND THE BARATICS UNJURY IM ADDED TO MY SOUPS IS THERE A PROBLEM I WONDER WHY AM I NOT LOSING WEIGHT I DONT SEE OR FEEL IT GOIN DOWN LET ALONE SHOWING IT I GET MY WATER IN AND IM STARVED ALL DAY LONG I WALK AND DO EVERYTHING I POSS CAN AM I MISSIN SOMETHING I GET MY JP DRAIN OUT MON THE 12 HUGGS MARIE
