Good Morning All,
Day 1 after doing the Master Cleanse. I am easing into the change so today I am suppose to drink fresh squeezed orange juice. This morning I am following protocol, fresh squeezed orange juice. As a snack, however, I will have green vegetables juiced with a little agave syrup. For lunch I will do injury chicken soup. Planning a protein drink for dinner. I will drink powerade zero and vitamin water zero along with taking my vitamins. Exercise is a must and will be part of my plan too.
Hopefully I will succeed without a setback. If my calories stay where they were on the cleanse and I have energy, this should be a good thing. Journaling will help me stay focused. That's my plan. What about you?

Good Morning KY,
No haven't jumped ship yet.  Day 8 of the master cleanse and I still have energy, look and feel well.  Monday will be day 10 and I am concerned about the transistion stage but am determined to work into it and not start gaining.  This reminds me of the transition post  op.  I plan to call the nutritionist on Monday for some advice.  Menu still the same,  sal****er flush in the morning, fresh lemon juice, agave nectar, purified water, cayenne pepper during the day then a  cup of smooth move at night.  Hope all of you are doing well with the food choices in your plan.  Take care,

Good Morning All,
Starting into Day 6 of the Master Cleanse and still sipping along.  My energy level is good and overall I have no complaints.  Drinking the same thing over and over is boring and noticing how I detect smells of foods around me is amazing.  I have survived two dinner engagements and eating lunch daily with friends.  I am enjoying watching the scale go down at the same time looking forward to a change in menu.   Am I ever happy.  Still exercising a little.  So as in the previous days my basic menu:
2 tsp sea salt in 1 qt warm water
16 oz btl master cleanse for breakfast
24 oz btl master cleanse for lunch
16 oz btl master cleanse for dinner
  8 oz smooth move senna tea before bed
I chew gum in between to keep my mouth going and control bad breath.

Day 5 of the Master Cleanse.  Yes, I am still alive and kicking.  This cleanse lets me know that we are wonderfully made by God.  Our bodies don't require half as much as we put in them.  We can live comfortable without a variety of foods but he made them available an in abundance for us.  Moderation is the key.  Hopefully once this 10 day cleanse is over and I ease back onto solid foods I will eat better.  Will I eat meat and dairy products.  Yes.  I like them but I will give my body a good cleansing at least once a year.
My menu consists of 
A sal****er flush in the morning followed by one 16 bottle of lemonade cleanse.
Lunch is usually a bottle and half of the cleanse so about 24 ozs.
Dinner is usually a bottle and half of the cleanse, 24 oz.
I have been chewing gum since my daughter said the cleanse made her breath smell bad.  It also helps with the desire to chew.
Doing ten minutes on the treadmill and a crunches on the ab lounger.  Got a pilates tape but haven't tried it yet.

Day Four - Cleanse working well. No headache this morning so I decided to do the sal****er flush, 2 tsp sea salt and 32 oz warm water.
Drinking one bottle of master cleanse at a time which is 16 oz so that's what I listed on my food intake. I will probably drink about four so it will be my total calories 1,020 and carbs 276.4.

Survived day three of the Master Cleanse.  Did not do the smooth move this morning.  I woke with a headache and my belly hurting.  However I rested a little longer and all got well.  My plan is to do the sal****er flush Monday morning. I am also getting back on my exercise routine.

Survived the first day of Lemonade Master Cleanse.  All I can say is there is some foul stuff lurking inside me.  Looking at the carb intake makes me go but calories are not too low.  Never went this route before so we shall see.  Hope all of you are doing what you need to do.

Having a full day today.  Seems like my satisfaction caloric intake is between 1600 and 1700 calories.  Don't  think this is high but it probably won't help me lose weight.  What I did wrong before was drop intake so low that when I started adding foods I bounced back up.  Gotta talk to nutritionist to get it under control but waiting until after vacation.  Here's my menu for today:

Have you ever said if only I had been happy and worked at staying where I was?  Not meaning you wished you had remained at that OTHER weight.  I'm talking about those of us who have gained some of our weight back.  When you thought just 15 or 20 more pounds and now you are looking at 20 or 40 more pounds to lose.  Yes, its sad but we can get back and even reach our goals.  No, I haven't made it yet but still working on myself.  None of us are lost causes. 
I am sure there are many of you who will not gain any of your weight back and kudos to you.  It is not something you want to have in common.  However I must say onederland was great and my goal is to get back there.  Hope all of you are there for me as I am here for you.
