Taking a lazy day today. Worked in the garden early this morning. Tried the new GNC Lean Muscle Meal (250 cal, 40 gms protein) today for
Breakfast and 2 cups of organic tea. I had a 4 oz piece of fried catfish with 1/2 cup of french green beans and 4 pickled okra for
Lunch. Unfortunately I had a bag of Thai potato chips, good but not worth the calories. I plan to have ribs, cottage cheese and green beans for Dinner. So far only had one 20 oz bottle of water, plan to drink the other three bottles later
