L - 1 chicken patty from McDonalds, cup of cottage cheese, 50 corn/flax seed chips.

D - 3 oz honey roasted turkey, mixed greens salad, 1/2 cup banana split sf ice cream.

Sorry I'm behind.  Intake:  2 cups organic tea, 1 cup soft serve ice cream, 5 potato wedges, one cup of red beans and rice.  3 (20 oz) bottles of water.  After that crazy eating pattern I took my carb loaded butt to bed.  Hoping for a better tomorrow.

Have a good time Becka, I am not a funnel cake woman but I love the lemon shake ups.  Have a good time.  I had hardwood put in my family room and I'm lovin it.  Wish I had it in the bedrooms (I hate to vacuum).  DH says no way.  I have ceramic tile in living room and foyer.  It is so much easier to maintain.  Take care,  Z

Hi everyone, I started out well but went a little astray, eating with my DH.  Today's Intake: B - forgot my tea but drank my Lean muscle meal 3 ( 20 oz) bottles of flavored water, 1 (20 oz) bottle of water.  L - Smoked tuna salad w/crackers and 4 ginger snaps.  D - 2 slices of pizza and 3 cups of popcorn.  (a good start went bad quickly).  That's all folks!!!!! Hijack:  Jeanie B.  Your menu for dinner sounds like a meal I used to eat when we went to the Bahamas and Jamaica.  Steamed grouper with a tomatoe sauce, peas and rice, plantain and rum with 2 ice cubes.  Now of course the rum would be before dinner or and hour after dinner.  LOL

Hi Dawn, I had those chocolate chip cookies too (homemade but not by me).  Cookies are one of my addictions.  Today's Intake:  Lean muscle meal, 2 (20 oz) bottles of flavored water, 1 (20 oz) bottle of water, Lunch - 4 chocolate chip cookies (tried some bbq it got stuck and so unfortunately I ate the cookies that I wanted), Dinner - baked sweet potato.  I may eat some cottage cheese later to get my protein up.  That's all.     Z

Sorry to post a day behind but I went to bed before you guys posted but here goes.  Tuesday's Intake:  2 cups of organic tea, 2 (20 oz) bottles of water, 1 cup of coffee, 2 (20 oz) bottles of flavored water and a pure protein bar.  Lunch - Chicken salad with corn and flaxseed chips, pkg of chocolate covered soynuts.  Dinner - one organic apple with 2 tbs peanut butter.  That's all. Topic: RE: TO drink or not to drink?
I like the taste of alcohol so would just add 2 ice cubes to alcoholic beverages.  I like dry wine however I gave up beer along with soda.  This being said I have only had 3 drinks since I had lapband surgery.  The thought of the calories out weighed the desire.  Go figure.  Z

Unjury - online, Whey Protein, chocolate, vanilla - Walmart, GNC Store - all types and kinds depending on the amount of money you want to spend.  I'm not picky so I have tried all of the ones listed above.  Walmart is the cheapest but remember cheaper is not always better.  I am using the Lean Muscle Meal for GNC right now it comes in strawberry, chocolate and vanilla.  Happy hunting.  Z

Hi ladies.  I'm sewing today.  I don't have any smaller sized clothes in my closet so I decided to try my hand at alterations.  In the past I was not only a foodaholic but a clothesaholic.  So, the items that I just can't part with I am going to alter.  I can't imagine replacing all my winter skirts.  My sister-in-law has already notified me that she wants to buy my leather coats.  I think it will be a while before I am ready to part with them.  But oh well.  Hope everyone is having a great evening.  Today's Intake:  B - 2 cups of hot organic tea, Unjury strawberry sorbet.  L - 3 pcs fried catfish and a baked potato w/pat of butter.  Snack - 2 oz dry roasted peanuts and 1 oz of spicy pork rind strips.  D - plan to eat some cottage cheese and salsa, I didn't eat it last night but not hungry right now.  That's all!!!!!Z

Hi Dawn, glad you are getting back in the habit, me too.  Today's Intake:  Lean muscle protein meal, 2 cups organic tea, 3 chicken wings, 4 meatballs, 1/2 cup cabbage, salad, 3 chocolate chip cookies.  Plans are to have cottage cheese and salsa for dinner.  I drank 16oz sugar free kool-aid, 16 oz cold tea and 20 oz bottle of water.  That's all folks!!!! Z

Taking a lazy day today.  Worked in the garden early this morning.  Tried the new GNC Lean Muscle Meal (250 cal, 40 gms protein)  today for Breakfast and 2 cups of organic tea.  I had a 4 oz piece of fried catfish with 1/2 cup of french green beans and 4 pickled okra for Lunch.  Unfortunately I had a bag of Thai potato chips, good but not worth the calories.  I plan to have ribs, cottage cheese and green beans for Dinner. So far only had one 20 oz bottle of water, plan to drink the other three bottles later.   That's all folks.  Z Have a good weekend.

Yeah Becka, glad to rejoin Kentucky site for accountability.  However my recommitment to making better choices will start tomorrow. Today is what it is!!!!! Intake:  2 cups of hot organic tea, Slimfast, pure protein bar (4) 20 oz bottles of water, 1/2 organic apple, 1 piece of fried fish (Rallys no bun or cheese just the fish), 1/4 cup cottage cheese and salsa, 1 cup red beans & rice and 1 brautwurst.  That's all.  Tomorrow will be a better day. Z

Well I went to see a PS today.  They had a twenty-nine ninety-five deal.  I have only lost half my weight but really felt the need to get rid of the flabby arms.  I am scheduled for surgery on July 21st.  I pray all goes well.  I can hide all the other body parts but these arms are my biggest exposed concern.  Oh the price has a decimal at the end with two zeros behind it.    I will let you all know how things turn out.  Z
