Looking to get ds and just starting any Ideas. Does anyone know the Medicaid requirements

I am a candidate for the gastric vertical sleeve procedure and am  Medicaid recipient. I started my process with Tulane and due to personal/family reasons had to stop. I resumed the process in 02/2013 through Ochsner then in May 2013 Ochsner decided not to renew their LaCare contract. I am now stagnant in my process due to the insurance change and am currently awaiting to either get switched from my current plan to another Medicaid plan that Ochsner does accept OR have Ochsner submit an out of network request to Medicaid so that i can move forward and get my surgery scheduled. This has been a nightmare and I have looked up options to help pay for the surgery, but haven't had ANY success. If anyone knows of anything to help me, please help! Thanks!!!

I am a WLS vet, goal for over 5 years.  I am looking for a Shreveport person that I can pay to do a job for me.

I loaned a person $2K about 5 years ago, to date she has not paid me back.  I want to sign a power of attorney form to someone local to Shreveport who is willing to file a claim in Small Claims Court and collect my debt.  It will be an easy case, I have proof of the loan via cancelled checks, and she is a police officer so she will be easy to serve.  Amazingly, she works in Internal Affairs of the Shreveport  Police Dept.  Since she is a police officer it will also be easy to collect, garnishing her paychecks.

I will pay 50% of anything you collect.  That should be $1,000 plus expenses.

what insurance did U use if U dont mind my asking. I have Medicaid UHC. So you went to the Seminar then had the appt? You did not have to undergo the appts with other drs or tests ?
