Mi cirugia sera el 5 de junio en Puerto Vallarta Mexico con el Dr. Joya y me estoy empezando a poner nerviosa, durante la dieta he comido liquida el hambre me ha vencido y he comido algunas ensaladas y papas asadas, aunque he perdido 12 libras durante estos dias. Me preocupa que haya comido ensalada durante el dia de hoy. Tambien me preocupa como sera todo en Mexico ya que mi contacto con el Dr no ha contestados los ultimos mensajes que le he enviado. Si alguno de ustedes se opero con el Dr. Joya por favor enviemen sus comentarios. Agradezco sus oraciones y pensamientos positivos, los necesito. I will aprecciate your prayers and good toughts I really needed. |

Pues ya sabe que hay que tomar bastante liqidos y dejar de comer comidas. Es por el igado.. Tranqilise que vas a estar vien.. Si tienes algunas otras preguntas por favor envie me una nota. Suerte!

I don't speak Spanish but I can read it some. If I understand what you are saying, Dr. Joya is your surgeon and you are a bit scared or nervous. You will do fine! Hopefully those who have him as a surgeon will respond but I understand that he's a fine surgeon and you will do well. Being scared is okay but the surgery is one of the safest surgeries out there.
You will be fine on June 5.

I'm sorry I don't speak Spanish, but God answers prayers in any language.

La dieta líquida obtiene más fácil y para los que son requeridos a hacer lo, tenga un impulsa a su weightloss. Even though he has been good on his diet and lost 12 pounds his hunger is still getting to him. He has been contacting his doctor but has not gotten a response to his last messages. If anyone had Dr. Jewel as their surgeon please send him a message. He thanks us for positive thought because he needs them.

Yo tambien soy de Puerto Rico, bienvenida a Obesity Help. Es bien importante que sigas tu dieta liquida al pie de la letra, es por tu propio bien, el higado debe esta reducido para que no hayan complicaciones. Si tienes hambre, ve a GNC (tienda de vitaminas) y compra ISOPURE.. es algo parecido a un kool aid, viene en distintos sabores y tiene un monton de proteinas. Tambien puedes hacer una sopa de pollo sin grasa (pero con todos los vegetales), la cuelas, y te tomas el liquido solamente (caldo claro).
Va a ser un poco duro pero no imposible, tu veras que vas a salir muy bien en tu operacion. Cualquier cosa que necesites, mandame un mensaje que you te ayudare el lo que pueda.
Yo voy a estar fuera pues el martes voy para Puerto Rico, pero cuando regrese vere come estas.. ok? Cuidate much y no te preocupes.. estas en mi pensamient y oraciones.

Lo de la dieta, no te preocupes, trata de segirla lo mejor posible pero ten en cuenta que algunos medicos no la requieren.
Yo me fui a Paris para mi cirugia y como mi medico no requeria dieta previa, mi dieta liquida consistio de un buen vino Frances!
Encuentro que 12 libras es un gran acontesimiento, y esta, es la peor parte porque despues de la cirujia no tendras hambre.
