don't feel badly. I am right there with you. we just have to remember that this is a tool that helps, not a magic pill. Just keep your eye on the prize and you can make it to your goal. Keep your protien up as well as your water.  have you started walking yet? that helped me. maybe it is time to try a new food? just started yogurt myself lets see how that works tonight.  let us know what helps.

You are in bandster HELL...It will pass once you start to recieve your fills and reach a good level of restriction. Just hang in there and don't be hard on yourself. Try to stick to three meals a day with no snacks but if you need a snack have a healthy one and don't worry about it. Congratulations on the great weight loss. Give yourself credit for following that strict post op diet. That is hard work in itself! The band will start to be more help shortly. You also have to remember that you have lost 23 pounds since the band was placed and your organs are the first to loose weight so the band is more than likely looser than it was when it was placed.

Tammy, it's normal. Some people can feel restriction from the get-go and others will not feel anything until after a fill. Congrats on the 23 pounds gone: THAT is what you need to focus on right now. The rest will come.

As the others say. Spend some time going back over old threads - many with titles just like yours! You will see hundrds of them! And hundreds of responses telling people tney are totally normal!
