for me..
early- coffee with milk and equal
b- ff cottage cheese with fresh blueberries on top
l- grilled boneless, skinless chicken thigh with grilled zucchini
d- not sure yet... maybe some grilled salmon and edamame beans (i've been craving them!)

lots of decaf crystal light iced tea throughout the day
hoping for a 3 mile jog on the treadmill... too cold to do anything outside.
Back in training... Lincoln Tunnel 5K in April!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


all the weight has been lost post-op..I LOVE MY BAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

highest weight: 333 pounds (I know I gained after my last "weigh in" in the doctors office so probably it's more like 340 pounds)
current weight: 151 pounds (7/12/11)
I've been at goal (165 pounds) for 6 months now and now on maintence.  I tend to go up and down depending on time of the month and such!

Breakfast-  Big bowl of edamame with a little Palak Paneer sauce all microwaved together. Hot, rich and delish!   Fruit smoothy and a mixed fruit yogurt

Snack: Mocha/ organic blue cheese -white cheddar cheetos

L- more leftover 80,000 bean TVP chili.-  Chinese BBQ pork with hot mustard

S- Mocha

D- ??

It's icy here- so I think jazzercise will likely be cancelled and I am getting over a cold and keep coughing my head off - so I'll probably just relax tonight and let my heart race watching NC State vs Boston College play basketball

L: 1/2 c canned light peaches, 1.2 c ff Lactaid cottage cheese
S: 1/2 c soy yogurt
D: 3 oz chicken breast, asparagus
S: sugar free jello
Exercise: 1 hour treadmill walk, too cold and windy to be outside today.
Coffee and tea throughout the day....Water at night.
