NSV because of the foreign object in my body
This NSV is amazing to me-I have a foreign body in my knee I was small enough to have a total knee replacement because of my lapband- I am a success story-So my NSV :I was at physical therapy and the tech said I cant do heat and ultra sound on her (pointing to me) because she is so lean....I sat up shocked and said Did you just call me LEAN? Omg no one has ever said anything sweeter- So I am going to tell ya that I love my band because I am lean......what a valentine....

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
