Look, you little ****: I just got home fom the gym. Third time in three days. 6th time this month. Was there for an hour and a half. Cardio and crunches and dumbells curls and back extensions and rows . . .  My body needs fuel!

Do think that you could calm the hell down for a few minutes so that I can get SOME nourishment in my system? You cranky little *******!

Over 8 years with my band and still knowing I made the right choice!

Hmmm, could y'all elaborate a little bit? I'm 6 weeks out and had two days this week where my stomach didn't feel right. Sunday I had a bit of a grilled hamburger, raw shredded carrots (not more than 2 tsp). Yesterday I had small bits of grilled red pepper with my chicken and felt not great. If you eat something wrong or your band has "fits" ..what does that feel like?  Thanks!

It must be in the water!I have a Dr. appt on the 21st for a fill. As soon as I made the appt. the little sob has tightened up so tight I can hardly get my meds down. I have had flaming, burning reflux for 2 weeks. I know as soon as I say no I dont really need a fill and it is going to go back to its being lazy and only keeping me full for 1 1/2 hours, thinking that 3 oz of protein really wasn't quite enough.
I wish I could just sneak up and get a fill without this nosy bith of a band knowing that I am getting one.
