I used to use this on chicken wings, but have now moved onto BL/SL thighs
1/2C low salt soy sauce
1/2C brown sugar
6 cloves garlic minced
3 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 TB lime juice
3 tsp curry powder.
Mix in a gallon ziplock bag and marinate at least 4 hour. Then grill or bake. YUM
