Ticker Issue

Does anyone know why my ticker is not moving.  I go in and edit the amount lost, but the slider does not move down.  I'm also stuck with two showing, I tried to delete and make a new one, but everything is staying the same.  New to using these things.

I usually have to enter my weight and then click on the tool bar and actually open it. Hope that works for you!

I just changed mine and posted something and it worked but it took a couple minutes. Didn't work on my first post.
