What are we eating, today??

B: protein shake (I am so tight lately, all I can get in)
S: Greek yogurt
L: stuffed peppers (had a craving)
S: 1/2 pear
D: homemade chili, squash
4 bottles of water
exercise, walking, DVD and arm weights.

I have two proteins shakes a day and a small meal or i switch the shakes for something healthy
I drink lots of water and juice

Busy work day -

I have had 64 ounces of iced tea and 16 ounces of water

I had a banana this morning while working

I had a small whole wheat tortillia and about 1/2 cup of shredded chicken/salsa mix

I need to have some veggies tonight ---- I have filet mignon and baked sweet potato and zucchini ready to go.

Maybe a snack of greek yogurt or a Luna bar later this evening

Breakfast: 1c non fat yogurt with 1/4c granola 1 small banana
L- eas shake, half hour later 6slices of deli chicken and a protein bar
(thought I was getting a fill didn't expect to eat lunch)
d- 3oz meatloaf, 1/2 sweet potato, 1/4c peas
s- 100 calorie almonds

giving myself another 4 weeks before I get a fill.
Real tight am /mid day, not tight at all after 5pm

I am using my fitness pal now to track my food and exercises.

I lost 6.7 pounds since April 12. I was hoping for 10.


need to drink more water too

Soaking wet again today!

L: 1/4 c chicken fried rice, 1/4 c ham and scalloped potatoes, piece of Colby cheese and two apple slices (going away luncheon at work)

D: 2 small crab cakes and cauliflower

45 min on stationary bike - pool still closed due to Tropical Storm Debby

I was right there /3 years ago. I lived on Baked Ricotta and yogurt and protein pudding that I made by mixing protein powder with dry sugar free pudding mix and skim milk.

Hang in there!!!!!
