You must have posted after I shut down yesterday. I was down 1.8!!

I just have to get through this weekend with family for the first time since surgery!
5 days with family and brother who is over weight and eats way too much wish me luck.
I will post hopefully a weight loss on Wednesday morning when I get home.

I am so happy for you! If you are like me and have been struggling with your weight most of your life and you know what you have to do you will have success!
As a lifetime dieter losing and gaining the same 100 pounds over and over and over again I know I made the right choice.
I knew what to do each time just had nothing to help me control the hunger now I do!
I wish you the best luck and speedy weight loss.

I know the feeling!! It is tough to buy clothes your not planning on wearing long!
I head to the discounted racks. lol
I just bought a pair of shorts since none of the ones I had would fit.
I bough a size 18 compared to size 24 that I wore last summer.
Congrats on your weight loss!! We will all be thinner by fall!

I watched it...not very happy with what they discussed. They just wanted to talk about two Dr's who should not be allowed to do lap band surgery! I think it just scared people away from it!
The good thing was they showed Carney and how she failed with her  bypass and now has a lap band. My thoughts are she needs to deal first with her relationship with food to make it work!

very disappointed that they did not show the positive on weight loss surgery!

I remember when my brother went in the Air Force in 1971, my mom missed him so much!
Today you have skype and other ways to communicate, hopefully you will talk to him often!

I wi**** was hot...still only 60's in RI. Cold makes me sleepy.

E-protein shake
B- 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4 granola
L-lettuce, 1oz of deli ham and 1oz deli chicken 1/4c corn. 1 bagel thin with laughing cow cheese half at lunch the other half at my desk later.
1 pack of 100 calorie almonds
D- 3oz burger, 1/4c potato salad 1/4c macaroni salad and 1/4 beans.
Full, not sure I will have a snack or not right now.

water, decaf tea,decaf coffee and sf peach tea

Very tired tonight..woke up cold in the middle of the night last night and could not get back to sleep. NO exercises tonight I would fall down I think.

I wish I had the chance to try to eat out!! Hubby won't take me out since I don't eat anymore!! lol
I do eat special lunches that the hotel does for the associates and do rather well..except love steak when tender so I always eat too much, but leave the other things alone!

Need to post today.. not doing good so far!

E- protein shake
B- 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4c granola
L- little salad with dressing, 4slices of pkg deli chicken with laughing cow cheese wedge,couple halves roasted potato and kashi granola bar: Honey Almond Flax (yummy)
s- darn found another kashi bar in my lunch bag- yes ate it!
d- pork chop with 1/2 sweet potato after my support group meeting so I will eat late tonight.
S- maybe not.. depends how late I eat dinner.

no exercise today. :(

water, Decaf tea,decaf coffee. I need to drink more water than what I have been.
Will drink 23oz at support group tonight before I get home.

I just started to lose again after a two month stand still.
I tried everything..I think I finally have a fill that has put me in the zone!
I know it is very discouraging but your body is adjusting again, hang on the weight will start to come off soon I am sure!

B- pack of oatmeal and 1/2 banana

ran my third 5k , had a whole banana after the race.
L- 4 mini weigh****cher pizzas.

S- oops 2 clam cakes from Iggy's at Oakland beach -Warwick RI OMG they are good oops...

D- 2oz fish and half a sweet potato.

S- not sure if I should but maybe 1c nonfat yogurt with 1/4 granola


exercises- 5k and took my 5 year old grandson to fly a kite, lost the first one in a tree lol

Water, Decaf coffee and more water...

I had a good week except for today! Don't say STEAK.. see below!

Early- I had 2 mini scones, I bough a box of mini scones so I would not eat the bigger one so everyone in the office helped by eating them!

B- 1c nonfat yogurt with granola -around 945am

Lunch... OMG hotel gave us steak for the second day for lunch, today was a nice
strip steak that was so good I ate the whole 6-8 oz steak with a 6oz cottage cheese cup!
I did not get stuck but the super full feeling is still with me almost 5 hours later.

D- skipping dinner still full lol

S- I will eat my cheese stick and cracker stix I did not eat for lunch.
 
loading up on the water tonight for my 3rd 5k tomorrow morning.
walked about a mile today, took the bus to work and walked from the city to the hotel.

Congrats! I too will be running my 3rd 5k this Saturday!!
I will also be signing up for another one after I finish, this will keep me motivated to keep getting on the treadmill!!

E- 100c muscle milk light

B- 1c non fat yogurt and 1/4c low fat granola

L- 2oz deli Turkey and 14 pieces of turkey peperoni with 6 oz cottage cheese cup
(lol, I took cracker stix and 2%cheese stick for lunch but could not eat it (yea!!)
oh just remembered it is still in my lunch bag so I will have it for my snack tonight.

D- 1c of chicken stew made in the crock pot by hubby. 1 small Bisquick biscuit (not sure why I can eat this but can't eat bread lol)

S- the crackers and cheese from lunch- and maybe a fat free sugar free ice cream bar.

taking night off from exercises-dog woke me at 4:30am so I am tired.

drank water, decaf coffee and decaff tea.

D- 1c chili with 1oz corn bread-grilled to be crunchy with little margarine

water, decaf coffee,decaf tea

Exercises: Got mad hubby bought regular coffee!!
So I walked to the market a mile each way for my exercises... He apologized but.. geez it has been over 9 months since I had real coffee. Bet I would have been bouncing off the walls and raiding the refrigerator! So I spent $10 on Dunkin Decaf coffee! Bet he won't do that again!
