hi Everyone,
It has been 6 weeks home recovering from surgery and now it is time to go back to work.
I am a little scared going back to work, but happy to get back into a routine.  I know it is going to be a different routine than in the past, but this is a new life.
Now  I get to go back to the gym and up the exercise from just walking on the treadmill to cardio & weights.
I never would have thought that I would have come this far in such a short time.
