    I'm half way to my goal!!!! 


    I am down 60 lbs now and depending on what I set as my goal - 175 puts me at the top of a normal BMI and the last time I remember being that weight was in high school.  If I want to be 195 ( losing 100 lbs)

    What a great feeling. Who would have thought 3 months I could reach the 1/2 way point!

    I'm so excited

    Way to go!  You've done so well and you should be proud.  You're gonna have to buy an even smaller wedding dress than you were thinking if you keep this up!!!  Woot Woot

    I feel great! no regrets what so ever!

    I'm waiting until I can't wait for the dress... it's so exciting. This is the first time I feel I can totally do this this time

    wouldn't it be great if we could have a crystal ball to see what we'd look like at goal.  Keep up the good work, you'll be there before you know it (and fretting about skin surgery LOL)   Hey did they ever call you about a date in Wpg? just wondering.

     Nope - never did call me . I am vowing not to worry too much about skin. I'd rather lug a pike of loose skin around than this 100 + amount of fat !

    Surgery 4 Jun 12 Dr Ponce de Leon in Mexico I was down 57 lbs prior to surgery.
