Hello stranger!!

I open a Coke zero and put it in the fridge and wait 1 hour and then I can drink it.  I have even added a little bit of water to flatten abit. 

I can drink 1/2 can in one sitting and then save the rest for after dinner.


I hope you and Nikki have a great time, wish I could afford to come and visit you!  Maybe next year.

Hi,

I was told that it could be anyone doing the surgery, I got my surgeon of choice!  Dr. Andrew

Dr. Andrew did my surgery with Dr. Vergis(I think he was there).  Both doctors visited me in the hospital and on the last day Dr. Andrew brought in his beautiful daughter.  I thought that was a nice touch, made him seem like a real person and not just a surgeon doing his job.  The whole group of surgeons are great, I have met with Dr. Hardy post-op.  They all do a good job!!  I just wish the office had more than one person working, and more than one dietician.  It takes too long to get call backs and way too long to get appointments post-op(they only work in the clinic on certain days).

I am glad that my surgery is over, and I look forward to many more friends having theirs!!  I wish that the waiting time was shorter.

I have been on Nexium sincce after surgery.  Yesterday I forgot to get my prescription in the morning and by 6pm I was dying on the couch.  Better today, got the Nexium.

At -43 with the windchill this morning I don't think so!!

Too bad that I never finished my work yesterday, now I have to go to work outside again today!!

I was outside yesterday from 8:30 to 4:30 and let me tell you that being FAT does not keep you warmer!!  The FAT on my ass was still cold at 10pm!!  It retains the cold!

Good luck today!  I know those peoples on the  "other forums" would not be able to live here!!

The January Meet and Greet will be located at the Chapters Polo Park Area, we will be in the coffee place on the second floor.  The book store is beside the Home Depot.

Monday January 10th at 6pm, sometimes the group is there for 2 hours!

All are invited!!  Male, Female, on the list, had the surgery, or what ever!  Bring a friend too, we have lots of fun.

I got 3 tops(7.50ea), 1 sweatshirt(22.00) and 1 pant(15.00) for $60.00 today!  That is cheaper than the states ladies!!

You can afford to purchase the clothes a size smaller or even two sizes smaller, cause you know that you will fit into them soon enough.

They only carry the chocolate ones.  I was not able to drink them right away, but now I can!!
