For example I found one surgeon in VA who charged a $2200 or $2800 fee and it didn't include the psych eval or other testing. My doc had a $600 that included pretty much evertything, psych eval, nutrition, personal trainer, etc. Another doc in MD required about a $600 fee to go through her nutrition program even though I had already completed the nutrition requirement. |

You have until it's time to schedule surgery to finish paying for it. Dr. Lliao has no fee HW 373 SW 357 GW 195    |

His covers all the visits for the nutritionist, and exercise instructor, classes, and Psychologist. Is this still a little "pricey"?? |
