 I was one of the unfortunate patients abbandonded by Dr. Eric Pinnar in Reston, VA.  I have still not been able to find suitable aftercare and am now having real trouble with reflux ( I can't get any sleep) and really need help.  Any suggestions for surgeons in Marylnd that have solid aftercare?  Does Johns Hopkins take good care of patients long term post surgery?  

Where are you located sinclair??

 Thanks so much to everybody!  Yesterday and today have been really tough with just the liquid diet. I added some protein powder to some of the crystal light and that helped alot.  Just came back from The Vitamin Shoppe and got some stuff for after the hospital.  I'm first on the list for tomorrow morning - 7:00 a.m.  I have to be at GBMC at 5:30 a.m.!

I have been exercising for a while now and I really love it. The only problem is I can't find a reliable workout buddy ,so I have loaded my MP3 with hot play list and it works but it would be nice to have someone there.  I am currently a member of Fitness Evolution @ Reisterstown Road Plaza and I go after work for an hour or two.  It's my me time and it's hard some times because I work from home but it's my chance for  human interaction so I push my self to go.
So anyone looking for an exercise buddy send me a message.

it has been forever since my surgery so i can't answer your question but was dr. steele still there as an option? she was awesome!
