Cheap alternative to chewable bariatric advantage multi-vit??

I don't think I would take these.  First of all there is way more stuff in these than you need including sugar.  Not a good thing for someone with an RNY, especially at first, some people dump at the sight of sugar.  The vitamin content itself is probably ok, I'm no expert, but the cost is way too high as well.  One month's worth is over $30.00 vs. a bottle of Flintstones or Centrum chewables is maybe around $5.00?  I personally would do the chewables until you can swallow normal pills.

Just my opinion...
