    Well I am heading to New York with my daughter tonight I am nervous about eating and trying to fit excercise in . I do not tend to do well with little sleep and sicne we are traveling at night we are suppose to sleep on the bus. I have been eating all day (recording everything). I do not want to come back from my trip up any weight it would be a bonus to lose but I just want no gain. I am packing protein bars and taking some apples but I do not want to have to carry food all over the place. I told my daughter we where eating healthy no fast food if we are going to eat on the run it will be subway or a tim hortons chilli. I am bringing a water bottle and paln on making sure I drink at least one full one a day. Anyone have any suggestions?

     Travelling is not easy for us folks - but there are choices - such as Tim Hortons chili - and salads - make sure you stay hydrated and have a wonderful time!

    I swear I wrote everything down and walked more than I ever had however when I weighed in this morning I was up almost 4 lbs I am hoping that it is just my body trying to adjust to having sleep finally and not over excercising. I have decided to wait a few days before getting weighed again and back to the gym and weights today.
