well. i found a tasty low cal treat for when i am craving something sweet (my head thinks its craving cause im actually not hungry)
this may be old news but i mix a little greek yogurt with a half tsp cocoa powder and half of a slenda package. it has like 70 cal to the whole 3 ounces and i count it as one of my daily snacks.
tomorrow im going to make some up and put them in 3 oz molds and freeze them for freezer pop treats. hope it turns out :)
