    That is amazing!!!  So happy for you! 

    I sent you a message but now that you have your date you can disregard most of it LOL.

    The only things I took along with me to the hospital were toiletries, slippers, my pillow, sudoku books and my personal dvd player.  I used hospital gowns and they had plenty of blankets to keep me warm.

    Awesome!  Getting your surgery date really makes it seem real. Now is the time to start to mentally prepare for what will be one of your biggest changes in your life.  I can't even begin to express what a miracle this surgery was for me.  I am very excited for you to be able to have the same opportunity. Best advice is to stick to the pre-op diet because once you have the surgery you will understand why they get you to do this and it really pays off.  Just relax and brace yourself for a wonderful ride into your new healthy life.
