 My Original Dr. refered me Dec of 08.
 
This year in June she developed Cancer and shut down her practice (all very unexpectently) and I had to get an new family doctor in July (my Dad's doc took me on), he is NOT a fan of WLS, so luckly everything was a go before this all happened. 
 
Just went for all my pre-op tests today, Hopfully all was well!  Tested my sugars just before and they were 4.9 after 12h fast, (and all night spider chase through my bed sheets...hate spiders and can't sleep til' I find the creepy little B****D and smash them!)
