I read Rita's email yesterday and was so happy.....now this morning I get to join her!!!!! I finally weigh 1 something!!!!!! That was my first goal!!!! I finally feel like I'm not the biggest person...and perhaps even though I still need to lose more maybe people won't notice the weight first thing about me!!!!! maybe they will just kind of see me!!!! I didn't realize how much better physically that I would feel!!! I asked the doctor if I would feel that much better in 40 pounds and he said yes...so look out!!!!!! I feel like I've been given a second chance on life!!! I didn't realize how many doors were shut for me before until I started feeling them open. goodluck to all!!! Happy saturday!!!!! Susan
