 Lexington, NC Member Since: 11/17/03 [Latest Posts] | Post Date: 2/8/07 8:01 pm It's been quite a while since I posted, I am 3 years post op & just finished a 2nd round of plastic surgery. About 10 days ago, I lost a very good friend of mine, Pat Collins. She had her RNY the same week I did 3 years ago this month & never recovered from the complications of the surgery. Please keep her family in your prayers.

She had the surgeon I was going to have and you all talked me out of going to him, because of what she was going through. Perhaps in a way she saved my life.

I am trying to have WLS with Dr Fuzz. I have been trying for 2 yrs. My insurance has been a pain in the ass - to put it midly!! I would love to know how you feel about Dr Fuzz & how your surgery went & how you are doing now.

I never post anymore and rarely come here to the state board. I did tonight, and I am so very saddened by this news. I was so scared for Pat when she found out exactly what had been done to her and that she was in the fight for her life, I never thought she would pass so quickly. I will pray for her family, this is truly a tragedy.
