My family doctor followed up and refaxed the form but still got no reply as of yet.When they call the number they were given for information all they gets is a machine.So as of right now I am in limbo regarding the weightloss surgery...not a nice place to be for so long!

Maybe e-mail Kara and ask her if she recieved your referal...At least you will feel more content knowing if they got it.
