Seeking support group!

Hi Everyone,

I'm a new sleever (surg. date was dec. 11/13) - and I'm looking to see if there are any open support groups in the St. John's area that I could hook up with?

I see no one has replied   :(    . These is - or was a facebook group for bariatric patients in Newfoundland - not sure if it's still active or not. Maybe someone can chime in?

i have been on the wait list for three years. Last May I had my orientation and I have my first clinic appointment on February 24th.  Does this mean that I am close to my surgery?  I also want to join the Facebook support group.  Is there a way someone can add me?  I look forward to hearing from others in the same situation.
