    I have lost 50 pounds since the sergery. That was the starting weight from when I saw the team that is. I am so happy things are looking up for me. I am still dealing with a few medical problems but I am getting better, thank God. I was at a standstill for about 3 weeks or more but it finally passed and I am doing so much better now. People are seeing how my size is changing. lol I have lost 3 in. from my hips too. woo hoo. Talk to you all later. Have a super day.

    Hi CaperGal,

    So glad to hear you are doing well.Isn't it amazing - if we just follow the program and do what they tell us to do, IT WORKS.  You'll be amazed at how many health problems will either disappear or will get much better as you continue to lose weight.  I was diagnosed with diabetes just a couple of months before my surgery, and now my blood sugars are back to normal.

    Keep up the good work.
