    Hubby works in Pang and brought home an Artic Char.  A bing treat for me!  I love it but never cooked one anyone have a good easy recipe?

    Hi there,

    One of my absolute favorite proteins is fish.. any kind of fish... as long as it swam in water.... it's all good...
