Hey Sue, remember that one night when we were talking and wondering if our calcium citrate supplements were causing *ahem* loose bowel movement? Well, I figured out what my problem was... it wasn't the calcium, it was the omega-3 (fish oil) supplements I was taking. I've cut back on the omega-3 and I'm feeling much better.
