    My friend Kersten made it to the bench! Just wanted everyone to give her some support, shes in a lot of pain and had some things not go so great, but shes healing and in good spirits. Can we all give her some encouragement to get through this....THANKS!!

     Thanks Jessie for posting this  and everyone else thanks for your support and healing wishes...I havent been on pain meds in a while.  I choose not to have anymore, there is still pain but Im strong.  Thank you all. I hope they let me go home soon though...I cant wait to shower.
