Wow, I'm in Onederland!

Well, it's been over 10 years, but here I am. Under 200 lbs.  70 lbs down since Opti in mid-June.  13 inches off my waist, 11 off my hips, 2 1/2 from my neck.  No more plus sizes, a whole shoe size down.  Bloody hell, when I write it all down it seems unreal.

On the other hand, I am shedding worse than my cat! There is red hair everywhere. I'm also still dealing with my stricture. Hopefully the 2nd treatment will do the trick. The dietician in Sudbury was great & showed me ways to increase my nutrients even though I'm still on liquids.  I'm feeling so much better, but I'm looking forward to phasing food back in.  Nevertheless, I'm going to enjoy this "onederful" day!

Referral: Jun. 11/13;  Orientation: Jul. 24/13; SW/NP/Dietician: Nov. 2013.  Sleep test Dec. 2014.  Sleep apnea diagnosis Feb. 2014.  2nd sleep test Mar. 2014. Psychiatrist follow-up Mar. 2014. Approved by local centre Apr. 2014.  Sleep apnea follow-up May 2014. OTN apt with Dr. Sullivan Jun. 5/14.  Surgery July 7, 2014.

So happy for you on your loss - onederland sounds like an awesome place!  I had surgery in August and am also losing hair, I don't like it either!  Hope your stricture is fixed soon and you can eat food rather than liquid.  Wish you all the best, you are doing great.
