YAYYYYYYYY!!!  I saw the sleep doctor today for the results of my 1 year follow up sleep test done in November..... my sleep test was the best test results he ever received, I slept solid 8 hours,  zero apnea episodes, no snoring, no twitching, no limb movements of any kind! he said I fell asleep within 30 seconds of closing my eyes and he's never seen that before. and I had excellent amount of REM sleep time.  Said I never have to go back to the sleep clinic completely cured!!

I am SO HAPPY right now!!

Congrats! I've had a CPAP machine for about a year and a half now. Can't wait to hopefully get off of it someday!

I just got diagnosed yesterday, it was the worst news I could have gotten.  Dr Glazier said that I would probably stay on it because even skinney people have sleep apnea.  So reading your good news, I now have hope.

Thank you

yes do not lose hope!!  when I went to the sleep doctor in November for my 1 year follow up he was very discouraging and said even after losing all the weight some people do not lose the sleep apnea and that at best I would probably only get the settings lowered so I went yesterday fully expecting to still have the machine. and then to get perfect results I danced all the way to my car from his office
