B protein coffee, 1 scrambled egg, 1 source yogurt

S tea, 4 oz skim milk

L 1/2 c ff cottage cheese, 1/4 c mango

D 1 cup chicken veg soup

S tea

Morning

Tanya it sounds like you are feeling better- good.  Golfing this morning - followed by brunch then home to watch football. 

STEPS - 10750

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

      1 cup of scrambled eggbeaters with 1 slice of habanero cheese

 

S - 6 Pillers turkey bites

 

L - 1 slice of rye toast

     4-5 slices of bacon

 

D - 3 oz chicken kiev

     2 roasted fingerling potatoes

     green beans

     glass of merlot - 5 oz

  

S - Greek yogurt with 1 TB of granola

     S/F jello with FF cool whip

 

MYFITNESSPAL totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,356,  Carbs - 80 Grams,  Fat - 63 Grams,  Protein - 88 Grams

 

All water and vits

ONEDERLAND!!!!!!

Stepped on the scale last night and was 201, this morning....198!   I am in onederland finally after a month-long stall.  Omg, I can't tell you how relieved I feel to have hit this milestone in my journey.  It has been  over a decade since I have been in the 100s so its a big deal for me. 

5 months post op

b - premier protein shake

s - egg white psyllium wrap with margarine and pb

l - egg white psyllium wrap with pb and nsa jam

s - simply protein bar

d - chicken cauliflower cheese bake

s - herbal tea with milk and sucralose

all vits and water

Highest: 320, Surgery: 255 (Aug/14), Lowest: 132, Current: 167, Goal: 155

Oooh, Onederland IS exciting! When I reached Onederland (I think I did it at age 40), I hadn't been in the 100's for 16 years, since I was 24 years old - and even then, that was just a quick blip from starving myself on Phen-Fen. Gained weight immediately after going off of it, so I was only briefly in the 100's for a few months.  Before that, I hadn't been in the 100's since I was 18!

So, yes, it is truly a great thing getting there after WLS! Congratulations, you've earned it!

Thanks Pat, people like you are what really helps us newbies through the hard times.  Thank you to you and all the longtimers who continue to reply even though it is the the 100th time they have heard the same question, it is appreciated and it helps people more than you know.
