Surgery tomorrow!

I'm feeling extremely nauseous about the whole thing, and freaking out a little. But, I'll see ya'll on the bench tomorrow! Dust off a seat for me :)

You're going to do great!  I'm sure I'll be a bigger worried when it's my turn.

How are you feeling? Are you going home today?

Who was your surgeon? Dr. Smith or Dr. Cassie??? I had Dr. Smith, but, I've met both. Both are really awesome! Surgical team/Bariatric team rock!

I'm one month post op at TBay Regional (Dec. 30th)...Had great 1st month! 

If you need anything...have any questions, I can maybe answer a few. Looks like they're trying to set up a pre-op/post-op support group in Thunder Bay. There was a notice posted at the Clinic. Leave name and phone number at reception desk. I did, so we'll see.

Also, if you want to there is a Bari-fit class at the Complex on Monday nights. It's a 5 week course this go round because of the Family Day Holiday. We're into week 4, new class should start the week after that. Cost is about $35 dollars. It's a cardio and strength training class. Small group, 7 I think. I'm the only one that's had the surgery, others are 12 week Optifast program, etc. Good work out!

Things went really well!! I'm still in hospital until tomorrow morning. I had Dr. Cassie. Seriously that man is amazing. Thabks. I'll look into the Bari fitness class for after I'm healed!! :)
