Reminder: Hamilton/Burlington WLS Support Meeting 2/28

Hello All, Just a reminder that our monthly meeting is this Saturday, Feb. 28th at 10:00 a.m. until noon.  We meet in the Community Board Room in the Police Services Station, 3800 Constable Henshaw Blvd. (formerly Southampton Blvd) in Burlington.  All post-op, pre-op and support people welcome.  This month's meeting is about the tools available to help us keep on track!  I look forward to seeing all of our regulars and welcome any newcomers who would like to join us!

Hi Linda G, long time no talk. So glad to see your group is still up and running. Support groups are an integral part of this whole journey.

I still run the London Bariatric Support Group (LBSG) and we are holding a one day get together at the Four Points by Sheraton on April 25.

I can't post any links to the group or Facebook because OH will moderate me and remove the post.

My wife and I enjoyed the meeting today very much. It was very informative and interesting, especially for a first timer. It was nice to finally meet people who have been there, done that and got the (smaller) t-shirts. Thanks to everyone for sharing your experience. I am already looking forward to the next meeting.

I haven't been scheduled for my surgery yet but when I have it I would be very interested in attending.  Do you have people's emails to contact them?  I don't want to forget about this group when the time comes.

I sent you a private message.  You can join us prior to your surgery being scheduled.  There are many people there with loads of information to share that you may find interesting!
