I stalled for almost 5 weeks and the only change was drinking a lot of nestea zero, it was on sale!! I have cut back a lot because I'm running low and now the weight is dropping again! Do you think it was a coincidence?

I think it is a coincidence. It has no caffeine, no cal, no carbonation. I was a pop addict before and drink quite a bit of nestea zero. The only thing that I can think of is that there might be an association with snacking and drinking ice tea that you are not aware of. Not sure what others' opinion will be but good luck with your journey.

Take care, Tara

I thought Nestea zero has caffeine in it? It says on the box, made with real tea.  I've been staying away from it because of this.

If that is the case, no pun intended, I might have to get me a case.

Wait for it............my husband will love this.......

I was wrong about the caffeine....It does have 26mg per can.

I guess since I don't drink coffee (which has around 145 mg of caffeine per cup) I think its not that much.

My center has no issue with the Nestea Zero; in fact, they recommended it to me. I still don't think it has anything to do with the stall.

I thought Nestea Zero had no caffeine as well but I just called and they said in Canada regular Nestea has 12mg per serving and Zero has 23mg per serving. So...whoops. Guess I better only drink it in the morning.

I think coincidence too. I just went through almost a 3 week stall......now it's coming off. Stalls are very common I understand

I doubt it is anything more than a coincident; I used to drink a lot of Nestea Zero myself. I avoid it now because of the artificial sweeteners but it has 0 calories, it's not going to stop your weight loss.
