Just had to mention this product, it is the best smoked salmon I have ever had:  http://www.thebestsmokedsalmon.com/products/retail/oven-smok ed/salmon-strips

I buy mine at the Real Canadian Superstore but evidently all Loblaws and Sobeys have them.

My favourite it the pepper one! I put it on a slice of cucumber and omg, amazing.

12 g protein per serving, 2g carbs per 1/3 a package, fully cooked I eat it right out of the package.

Thanks for sharing!  I love smoked fish!  The next time I do groceries out of town, I will have to look for some.  We only have a very tiny grocery store where we live and they don't have it there.

This sounds great. Although I do not normally shop at Loblaws, I will look for this

Cool, if you try it let me know what you think.  To me it tastes like fish candy, and that is a very good thing.

I got the idea about using cucumber slices as crackers from Eggface's website, which has tons of other cool ideas and recipes.  If you try it let me know how you like it.  I have not tried maple yet but it is on my list.
