Morning

Golfing this morning - home tonight thankfully.

STEPS - 4430

EATS

B - 2 large mugs of coffee

4 oz leftover stuffed chicken breast with 2 TB of splenda cranberries

L - 1 oz hard parmesan

    1 medium honeycrisp apple

D - 2 cups of sweet kale salad

    5 oz chicken souvlaki

    1/4 cup of tzatziki sauce

    grilled asparagus

S - Source dessert yogurt with sprinkle of fibre one cereal and cool whip

MYFITNESSPal totals for the above menu are:  Calories - 1,220, Carbs- 100 grams,  Fat - 57 Grams Protein - 61 Grams

There is no way these stats are correct - but I don't have the time to look for different choices for my stuffed chicken breast and souvlaki which both show low protein and high carb.  I know the menu is good

All water and vits

Have a great one

Enjoy your golf. It is not very warm out there yet. Dog walk this morning then biking to the St Lawrence Market this afternoon. My DH wants to go. I do not buy as much as I used to. Before wls I loved shopping for produce but since there is only the two of us it takes us forever to use it up.

My DH wants salmon patties for dinner but that may change if he sees something else at the market.

Good morning everyone.  Pat I hear you on the taking forever to get through groceries.  I bought a package of Flatout flatbread before WLS and put it in the freezer,  I have 1/2 to 1/3 of a flatbread when I make a pizza, and there are still 2 whole flatbreads left in the freezer.  Leftovers from going out to eat take forever to get through and on the second day I give up and throw them in the freezer.  I try to give DH as much as I can, but we don't always like the same things now.

Today it's gardening, household drudgery, going out with friends tonight.
