One month post op
Well I went for my one month post op yesterday. I'm happy to report that I'm down 38 pounds since starting my opti fast in April. I've only got one pound to go to get to my first goal which is move from severly obese to obese so I'm excited. Funny. How many people get excited to say "hey guys, I'm obese and that's awesome!!!?!" . It's been a rough month. I'm still struggling with food issues and dehydration, weakness and all but the last couple days I'm actually starting to feel like I might become human again lol. Hope everyone else gets a chance to get outside and enjoy this gorgeous but blustery day!
