Cheese. Sigh.

I have been using 19% fat cheese for a very long time...I am used to buying the standard Kraft type low fat cheddar variety.   I was at the St. Jacob's market on saturday. I talked to a fellow at a cheese stand, and asked him about any options for low fat cheese, that actually tasted good. Crazy thought.

He offered me a sample of a gouda, brand name Vermeer, that is 19% butterfat, and yowza it was good. Looked it up and it has actually won awards. In cheese world.

Just thought I would share, for those people who are tired of eating all those "baby cheeses" as Gloria from Modern Family would say...

Have a great day, its another good one.
